Mayday Parade have shared a nostalgic new single called “One Day At A Time,” which can be streamed below. The song appears on their forthcoming album, Sad, out October 3. Speaking on “One Day At A Time,” guitarist Brooks Betts has said:
“[It’s] a song about growing through life and getting better as you go. Correcting the past mistakes and understanding that life changes and evolves. It’s self reflection and knowing that no one is perfect.”
