Arrested Youth has dropped a music video for his new single “Brightside” today. Filled with alternative, pop and hip-hop sounds, Ian Johnson, the man behind the project, hopes this video will help those who are struggling during this difficult time.
“Death and illness are subjects we’re all grappling with these days. It brings up tricky questions like, ‘when we pass, where do we go?’ I wanted to create a video for Brightside that provided a hopeful undertone for these questions,” shares Johnson.” We shot it at a nearby church in my neighborhood. It has a calm, angelic feel to it, which I love. I hope it provides you with some comfort and faith in these uncertain times.”
