To Write Love on Her Arms launch Black & White campaign

0

Nonprofit To Write Love on Her Arms will launch its 3rd annual Black & White campaign this May in honor of Mental Health Awareness month. The three statements the nonprofit will highlight and explore throughout the month include: “We Need Your Presence, Not Your Perfection”; “Hope Remains”; and “No One Else Can Play Your Part.”

People can participate and support the campaign by purchasing shirts, joining the campaign’s conversations on social media (Twitter, Instagram and Facebook) and listening to the “Black & White” mini-episodes on the TWLOHA podcasts. On the campaign, TWLOHA Co-Executive Director Lindsay Kolsch shared:

“We believe conversations about mental health are needed now more than ever. We’re in a moment where people are talking about their anxiety, depression, or grief more openly, and in a way that invites awareness to grow. The Black and White campaign will encourage the honesty of those conversations, and this movement of hope and help, to expand and continue into this new world.”
