Florin – “Look Down”

As the lead single off of the band’s forthcoming EP, this song is a breath of indie-rock fresh air that will catch the attention of fans of Catfish and the Bottlemen and Circa Waves.

The Shantics – “Mind Pop”

“Mind Pop” offers a modern spin on classic indie rock with tongue-twisting lyrics, dreamy vocals, and harmonious guitar riffs that are due to get stuck in your head within seconds of hitting play.

WILLIAM. – “Behave”

With a voice uniquely his own, WILLIAM.’s soft rock influence and vocals make for an intriguing song that stands out in the genre.

Caravela – “Car”

Mixing together quality songwriting, vocals, and infectious indie-rock influence that cannot be ignored, this is the perfect track to listen to while laying in the sun or driving with the top down this spring and summer!

Like The River – “Mint”

With a mixture of 80s rock and indie rock influence, “Mint” offers both personal songwriting and musical influences that will please the ears of fans of acts like Turnover and Beach Fossils.

Box the Oxford – “Someone”

Striking the perfect balance between carefree, upbeat, and downright groovy, “Someone” is the quintessential indie surfer rock song you have been searching for. For fans of bands like Circa Waves and Coconut Records, give the band’s latest album Wild a listen to.

Analogue Spirit – “Breeze”

This is a catchy, high energy track with pun-intended, breezy guitar breaks reminiscent of Foo Fighters meets Kings of Leon. Lyrically, the track is a love song that truly captures the alternative, indie radio banger with pop prowess. A breakout single for the season.

Charlie Lane – “Crazy Happy”

The vocal range and simplicity of the instrumentation make this track a catchy indie ballad. The comical lyrics and cooing nature of the vocals makes the layers of the song pop out as a definite favorite of the week. The artist has said, “the ability to be Crazy and Happy is hard for some people, not me,” which speaks true to the emotion in the song.

Petey’s Dead – “Cheap”

This sound has great energy and composure. The lyrics and vocals are really powerful. In addition to the video being powerful, the song is anthemic and the guitar tones are catchy and upbeat. The Israeli punk band are well on their way to making a name for themselves in the punk scene.

The Sedonas – “For Once”

The rock influences come through with this track as the americana guitars blend with the alternative twang of the vocals. The Nashville sound shines organically without too much polish giving it a raw, stripped down ballad-like tune.

Jay Bird x Freddy Fate – “Light Now”

The kick in with the instrumentation and beat at around 1:00 really make this track a true dream pop delight. The synth marries with the vocals and speaks to the production value of the track. While the two bandmates were not in the same room to make “Light Now”, the emotion shines through with the pair.

Jane’s Party – “You’re The Light”

Similar to the sound of Arkells and Born Ruffians, Jane’s Party have the quintessential silvery and layered vocals for a born indie pop classic. A hint of The Beach Boys inspiration, the Toronto-based pop-rock quartet’s guitar breaks blend perfectly with the cooing melodies.
