Arcade Fire are slowly, spontaneously releasing new music. Earlier today, the indie rock outfit announced on their social media accounts: “Stay tuned for Infinite Content.” And the roll-out of said content has already begun at Barcelona’s Primavera Sound Festival, where a new song, “Everything Now,” is exclusively available–on 12-inch vinyl, which contain an instrumental version on the B-side. (They’ve since sold out.)
It’s an aptly-titled first single, considering fans’ anticipation for new music from the group. Should Infinite Content turn out to be the title of the next album, we can only hope it lives up to its name.
Arcade Fire will perform at the festival this weekend.
