Circa Survive are celebrating 10 years of their sophomore full-length album, “On Letting Go,” with an anniversary tour beginning next week with support from mewithoutYou and Turnover. The deluxe ten-year edition of “On Letting Go,” as well as of the band’s debut full-length, “Juturna,” is now available. LP No. 6 is currently in the works.
Can’t believe this starts so soon. It’s crazy to listen back to ourselves with this new perspective of a decade. So many little hidden messages to myself, little lessons that carry almost more weight now than when it was just released. The experience of revisiting these themes and the re-examination that occurs make for an explosively vigorous public exorcism.
