Indie/alternative act Gin War are gearing up for the release of their brand new Piece Of Moon EP, due for release on November 18, 2015 via Quiet Fire Media. Currently, the band are streaming what appears to be a teaser-style music video for the lead single “Still Mine.” It may be short, but it definitely gives fans a taste of what this EP will sound like. Regarding the new EP, guitarist Kyle Carrier says, “Piece of Moon is an extension of our first EP, telling more of the same story with a tragic twist. We grew, but only closer to some parts of life that we’d been dreading as the inevitable. It’s louder, quieter, sadder, happier, sharper, bolder – we delved deeper into the narratives we only touched upon on the previous release. Influences range from Weezer, Lemuria and Cheap Girls, to disease, loss, drugs, communication overload, and the island where we live.”
