Owel announced they have signed to Equal Vision Records and released a new single, “Paper Hands,” August 4th, 2016. According to the indie group’s Facebook page, “Paper Hands” is written from the perspective of a friend dealing with the hardships that come with devoting oneself to a debilitated loved one. Owel’s sophomore full-length album, “dear me,” is out November 11.
