Tay Jardine has unveiled her debut solo single called “Bad News,” which can be streamed below. On the new single and solo project, Tay shares:
“This song was the first I created for this EP, and it always felt significant. It stands out sonically from the rest of the songs on the upcoming EP and pays tribute to my roots. Lyrically, it’s about standing up for yourself and recognizing your exhaustion with disappointments, while also reflecting on your own role in it all. It’s okay to feel upset, and I hope this song reminds you that your feelings are valid too.”
