The Black Keys will be releasing new material for the first time since 2011’s El Camino. Revolt is reporting that the duo will be releasing a new single titled “Fever” on Monday.
While the Black Keys haven’t been totally inactive since they released El Camino, this is the longest span of time between two records by the band since their debut album, The Big Come Up, in 2002. But both members have been quite busy. Singer/guitarist Dan Auerbach produced music for Lana Del Ray and more, while drummer Patrick Carney worked with Black Lips, Tennis, and more.
Someone who’s heard “Fever” already told Revolt that the song is “amazing.” But really, what else would you expect them to say? So expect a new rock ‘n roll song by the Black Keys out on Monday at 3:30 PM EST.
