You may recognize the name BoyMeetsWorld from the popular 90’s TV show, however in 2013 the name recognizes a pop rock band from Cincinnati, Ohio. The band has just released their new song “Rest of Our Days” and we have the exclusive premiere along with the lyric video for the song. The band recorded the song with their good friend Jake Bryant (of Dangerkids) in Kettering, Ohio. Check out a statement from the band below along with a stream of the song and the lyric video.
“The inspiration and overall vibe of the song is about a time period, where I think we’ve all had, that maybe was taken for granted then looked back on as actually the best part of your life up to this point. There’s a big “don’t know what you got till it’s gone” vibe to this song, but also comes in later with lyrics stating that you won’t look back and let that bring you down. This is something everybody can relate to, and hopefully will inspire listeners to take advantage of every opportunity and to really get out and enjoy life.”
