PVRIS, now fronted solely by the ever charismatic Lynn Gunn, Performed at Manchester’s iconic Albert Hall to commemorating the 10th anniversary of their breakthrough debut, White Noise. For those that haven’t visited Manchester Albert hall It’s a grade II listed building from 1910 boasting is a breathtaking blend of historic grandeur, I was overwhelmed with how beautiful the building was as it was my first time here, It featured Gothic architecture with vaulted vaulted and massive stained-glass windows the whole way around building which I feel fitted the aesthetic of the White Noise era vert well.
Now the sold‑out double‑set began with the album played front‑to‑back—classic tracks like “My House,” “Smoke,” and the haunting title cut delivering a trip down memory lane; before going into the second half which blended fan favourites from their evolving catalogue. The evening balanced nostalgia with electrifying energy, reaffirming White Noise’s enduring influence and PVRIS’s bold artistic growth over the past decade.
Supporting act Julia Wolf added fresh momentum to the night, making the Manchester date a standout moment on their anniversary tour and personally one of my favourite PVRIS shows I’ve attended.
