Destroy Boys have dropped a video for their new single “Should’ve Been Me,” which can be streamed below. The track appears on their forthcoming album, Funeral Soundtrack #4, which arrives on August 9 via Hopeless Records.
Speaking on “Should’ve Been Me,” guitarist Violet Mayugba said:
“’Should’ve Been Me’ is a one-minute embodiment of rage that was formed when I went through a serious breakup. When I found out my ex had been seeing someone else, I screamed like I had never screamed before, and that’s the voice you’re hearing. The video demonstrates my rage and fear for the future battling it out.”
