Chicago-based punk rock band LURK have released their new single “2043.” The track follows up the band’s 2019 EP Electro-Shock. On “2043,” vocalist Kevin Kiley shares:
“In the wake of it, we deplete our natural resources, murder animals, lower the standards of education and now apparently accept living with a deadly virus. It goes without saying but we need to do better and need rapid change.”
As well, Kiley says that LURK have finished recording their new album and it “will be coming when the timing is better.”
