Paper Jackets unveil “Miss You” video

Paper Jackets have released a music video for their new single “Miss You.” The track is off of the band’s forthcoming collection of songs Souvenirs Volume One that is out on July 10. Head here to pre-save the release.

Directed by Alex Bordoni, the new video features Paper Jackets members James Mason and Aimee Proal. On “Miss You,” James Mason says:

“Drawing from our own experiences as hopeless romantics, we came together in Brooklyn last year on tour and wrote this song within 20 mins or so. To the bone it’s a simple love song with high aspirations and optimism for new partnerships or the rekindling of lost flings What really makes this song special to us is that it’s the first song we wrote with Aimee as the completed line up. It reflects a clearer vision of what’s ahead in 2020 vs. what worked already for us in the past. I’m more surprised by the female counterparts than I ever imagined and the band feels lifted up by Aimee’s voice and energy.”

“Miss You” follows up Paper Jackets’ recently released songs “What They Call A Life” and “Baby Teeth.”
