Nearing the end of their headlining tour across Europe and the UK, Japanese heavy metal band Crossfaith recently stopped in Norwich to give the crowd a night to remember. UK-based electro-psych rockers Black Futures opened the night up with some immersive crowd invasions and an extra long microphone cable, spreading their dystopian mix of rock and punk to the Norwich crowd.

Second up were Ocean Grove who brought the nu metal funk vibe right back from the 2000’s (alongside wearing kilts on stage). The Australian group, who are celebrating their 10th year as a band, recently released their 2nd full length album Flip Phone Fantasy!

Crossfaith took to the stage and unleashed an energetic, Jagermeister-fueled set with their unique hybrid style of Japanese electro-dubstep heavy metal. The band from Osaka belted out their fast paced set with tracks like “Freedom,” their recently released single “Endorphin” and even a The Prodigy cover of “Omen.” They kept the energy high throughout the entire set, commanding the crowd expertly and giving a performance many will remember for a long time.

Crossfaith are no doubt the hardest working and most stylishly dressed electro-dub-metal band on the scene and are definitely worth seeing when they tour through your city next.
