5 Seconds of Summer have released their brand new single “Wildflower,” off of their forthcoming album, C A L M, out this Friday via Polydor. Head below to stream the lyric video for the new single that was created over 10 hours of stop motion animation using 358 different photos and 529 flowers. Speaking of the track, bassist Calum Hood said:
“We wanted to make the chorus kind of a choose-your-own-adventure, where some words are left out and then accentuated by these big stabs of synth. It lets everyone come up with their own interpretation, and fill in whatever they think those missing lyrics might be.”
