Arrested Youth drops new song, “Brightside”

0

Arrested Youth fused together alternative, pop, and hip hop styles on his brand new track “Brightside” that was released today. Born Ian Johnson, he was raised in Louisville, Kentucky and started Arrested Youth when he decided he wanted to create something bigger than himself. His music is an outlet for the real frustrations and problems that are going on in the world. On the new track, he shares:

“Brightside is about keeping a positive mental outlook, even when the easier choice is to dwell in your negative thoughts. The song serves as a reminder to myself and others to keep it on the bright side, despite the many obstacles of life.”
