Young Boston natives Sounds & Scenarios are a poppy blend of punk and crooners of the Blink-182 late 90’s phase. For better perception, their track “Better Off Without You” could be an ode to “Give Me One Good Reason” or “Every Time I Look For You” with an obvious nod to “Feeling This”, but re-built into a modern coo of melody and chutzpah that MXPX or Yellowcard left behind for someone to pick up years later. “When we started writing While You Roam, we knew that this was sort of a pivotal point for us. We wanted to shed our gloomy, sad roots in exchange for something more vibrant and bright; something more people would connect to. Though a couple of the songs still have the deep, personal lyrics, we still believe this is the most positive release we’ve ever made.”
