In the interim to the release date of their next album, The Word Alive have shared a 12-minute documentary detailing life on the road and the inspiration behind “Red Clouds,” the first single off forthcoming album Violent Noise. The track takes its name from Red Cloud Rd., off which lead vocalist Telle Smith provides backstory in the video–having traversed the same route between L.A. and Phoenix many times throughout his musical journey. A snippet of the single is featured at the end of the mini-doc, and in addition to playing the song live on tour, The World Alive will premiere the studio version at 9 P.M. PST.
