Since wrapping a U.S. tour supporting Milky Chance, BANNERS has been teasing new material in anticipation for the release of his forthcoming sophomore EP. Following “Someone to You,” the EP’s first single, the Liverpool native shared a second, “Firefly,” Friday.
“’Firefly’ is about meeting someone who makes you feel brand new, like you can be anything,” said the singer, aka Mike Nelson–“the feeling that any distance between you is too far and that nothing and nobody else in the world really matters.”
