Matt Pryor’s fifth solo album Memento Mori is out today, premiered exclusively through Billboard. The album, available everywhere Friday, is a depressing one, Pryor said.
“My booking agent had the best line,” the singer-songwriter told Billboard: “‘Does that mean the songs aren’t good, or it’s sad?’ I said, ‘I think sad.'”
Pryor kicks off a co-headlining U.S. tour with Alkaline Trio’s Dan Andriano tomorrow, and will also be joined by his daughter, Lily, who sings and plays bass. Find tickets here.
