The holiday season may be considered the most wonderful time of year, but it can also be one of the most stressful. The Northern Empty of Denver, Colorado released a new single today, “Rest My Bones,” which “reminds us to stay present and go through life at a healthy pace,” said singer Nick Anderson, but additionally, offers listeners a sense of what they can expect from the indie-folk pop band’s forthcoming album scheduled for release in 2017. While not a holiday song, the track offers an upbeat, orchestral catharsis perfectly suited for the hustle and bustle of the season.
