Oh Wonder’s “All We Do,” produced and directed by Mike Lee Thomas, isn’t your typical music video. The project, already impressive as a soul-searching short film, extends beyond the video format with an interactive map, allowing even more people to contribute to the project’s question: “What does it mean to be human?” Thirteen filmmakers around the world, sharing intimate stories of diverse individuals, paint being human as struggle and triumph, pain and beauty, but most memorably, as an unlimited amount of second chances. “You’re never out of the game until you’re actually dead,” a subject says. “As long as you’ve got breath in your lungs…you always have another chance. There’s no such thing as no second chances.” Watch the short film below.
