City Lights – whose vocalist Oshie Bichar is now the bassist for Beartooth – released “Strangers,” the first single from their self-titled EP, Friday. It will be the punk rock band’s first self-released effort since their signing to InVogue Records in 2010 and initial dissolution in 2014. City Lights’ EP is now available to pre-order and will be officially released September 9.
