Weekend 1 of Coachella kicked off this weekend with performances from Zedd, Lorde, Ellie Goulding– and Brendon Urie? Yep, the frontman of Panic! At The Disco joined Halsey on stage during her set to finish out her hit song, “New Americana,” and surprised the crowd with a duet of Panic!’s “I Write Sins Not Tragedies.”
Halsey, a shameless supporter of the emo scene, introduced Urie saying, “One band that changed my f**king life, the reason that I am a musician today, and a band that will always be in my heart. I have a very special guest for you tonight–Brendon Urie from Panic! At The Disco.”
