How did you get your start in music?
I decided to start making music like this a year ago, I approached Krrum to work on some production with me as I liked his own stuff, we made songs like ‘Monochrome’ and ‘Dangerous Game’ which were picked up by BBC Introducing York and eventually had play on Radio 1. I was invited to do my first live gig at ‘Galtres Festival’ for BBC Introducing, so pulled a live band together from talented musicians that I already knew …. and the rest they say is history!
What has been the highlight of your career so far?
Having multiple plays on Radio 1 – I listen to that station on a daily basis so to hear my own music on there was incredible?
Also playing Leeds and Reading Festivals on the BBC Introducing stage, again I used to go to Leeds Fest when I was younger so to be invited to perform there for BBC Introducing was both a dream and a privilege and it was the most exhilarating experience ever!
Why should people listen to you? What makes you different?
I’m bold, blunt, ballsy, the music is catchy Electronic pop, with some hip-hop influences. I think there’s some really relatable subject matters and the tunes seem to get stuck in people’s heads!
