Pop artist Don Vedda is blazing his own path. The singer from San Diego California brings all genres to his music while encapsulating an original poppy sound. Don Vedda HAS also released a new video for his current single, “Love at First Sight,” which you can check out below.

How did you get your start in music?
“Honestly I was a drummer at first, at age of seven, but my family couldn’t afford a drum set so I played my moms beat up acoustic guitar, because I just knew wanted to play music no matter what it was. Then my first band I joined was called Casino Madrid at age 17.”
What has been the highlight of your career so far?
“I was recently touring and playing guitar for Universal Republic Records artist, Dev. I feel that has been my highlight so far. Touring with a major label act was such a different experience than what I’m used to, and I had a blast giving her songs a metal taste! But this project is by far more musically advanced than any other band I’ve been in.”
Why should people listen to you? What makes you different?
“I feel I’m different for multiple reasons; if you take a listen to my album, every song has a different genre to it, and different styles intertwined within each song. We threw in rock/pop/hip hop/metal/acoustic, etc. and I really like the fact that it doesn’t stick to one genre and shows how versatile the writing is. Reason #2 my band members and myself are all extremely talented at what we do and care so much about what we put into each song. I think we executed balancing heaviness, catchyness, groove, & shred together and made something awesome!”
