In this industry a band is like family, and in some cases the band might actually be family, for instance: Meg & Dia, Tegan and Sara, Noah Gundersen (who performs with sister Abby) or even Megan and Liz. However, I guarantee you have never heard anything like the six sisters of Cimorelli. These wonderfully talented sisters who are currently located in Los Angeles, CA got their start with their a capella cover of “Party In The USA” originally by Miley Cyrus. Ever since then these girls have been pop sensations because of their very intricate 6 part harmonies and extremely upbeat tunes. How did you form?
We are all sisters from Northern California, so we’ve literally been singing together since we were in the crib. In 2007, we formally decided to actually become a singing group and started doing gigs and recording. In 2009, we had a video on YouTube go viral (we currently have over 400 million views on our YouTube channel). In 2010, we got signed by Island Records and moved to Los Angeles. Since then, we’ve been writing and recording, playing gigs, and building our fan base online.

What has been the highlight of your career so far?
Probably the most exciting thing that has happened so far was when we played a gig at Universal CityWalk in Los Angeles last December, and we had people who flew in from as far away as Brazil and the Philippines just to come to our show!

Why should people listen to you? What makes you different?
 We specialize in tight 6-part harmonies (we got our start in acappella), and our music is fun and positive and sometimes sassy. Our shows are very high energy, and we like to make sure our audience has as much fun as we do!

    They are honestly the best ! They have beautiful voices ! There my idols I look up to all of them ! I would love for them to come to Australia so I can meet them ! Then my life will be complete !

    Cimorelli is truly something unique, you dont find artist like this anymore. The first time i saw them was a Universal City Walk and tbh i didnt know who they were, until my little sister reminded me of one of their covers that she showed me, “Call me Maybe” it was hilarious and there bloopers are amazing:D Its funny im a fan of rap, oldies, and hip hop, yet i love Cimorelli. I think what got me hooked on Cimorelli is when Lauren and Dani started raping, I was like WOW! Thinking to myself, These girls are ALL beautiful, have beautiful voices, their harmonies are awesome, there songs are great, and they Rap! Damn! After that day, i watched there videos from beginning to end and became a CimFan instantly! I got alot of my cousins and family listening to Cimorelli:D These girls are awesome and truly, something different in a good way, they change peoples lives, and are inspiring others to do the right things in life. We dont have role models like this anymore and i am so grateful that i was there that day, and had a chance to see them:) If you girls see this you guys are changing my life day by day. Although we’re around the same age(18) your all inspiring.     Cimorelli are all incredibly talented and I hope that they are all still singing at seventy! I can’t wait for their album to FINALLY come out… Does anyone know if they are going to include the original song recordings as well as the ones they will have done more recently? I remember Christina said they had re-recorded You Got Me Good and I want to hear the original!!! You guys are great for featuring Cimorelli 🙂

    BECAUSE THEY ARE THE MOST INSPIRING PEOPLE ON EARTH AND EVERY SINGLE HUMAN BEING SHOULD LOOK UP TO THEM AND HAVE THEM AS A ROLE MODEL! they make us the CimFam go crazy to the point of where we can’t do anything other than cry and scream of JOY! its insane and AMAZING how 6 girls can have a HUGE impact on us and change each individuals life. we CAN NOT thank them enough for how TRULLY AMAZING AND INSPIRING they are. Perfect is NOT enough to describe them because they are MUCH MORE than just that. their music is AS INSPIRING as their personalities. There isn’t a day when the CimFam doesn’t think about them because THAT HAS NEVER AND WILL NEVER BE A CASE! when we have our bad days, Cimorelli cheers us up and makes us happy. they also inspire us by explaining how everything can have a positive side no matter how bad the situation is, and we really do take that in thought. They also tell us how life is a gift and how unique that gift really is. How we should follow our dreams NO MATTER how many people tell us we cant. if we try our best, ANYTHING is possible. one of the most amazing things they do to us is bring the CimFam close together. they express ALL OF THIS AND EVEN MORE through their songs, twitter, facebook, interviews and even just random videos they post on YouTube. we, THE CIMFAM can not be more proud than we already are. we THANK every single moment for their existance.

    Accidentally ran into a video by them while checking for a cover of “As Long As You Love Me”. They were by far the best cover on Youtube. Have become a huge fan since. As an old guy, finding covers that you like is rare, finding a group that you like is even more rare. They are six beautiful and talented young women who bring a smile to my face with every youtube video I watch. You simply can’t help but cheer for them and wish them all the luck in the world.
