Singer-songwriter Fiona Apple has announced her new album will be titled “The Idler Wheel is wiser than the Driver of the Screw, and Whipping Cords will serve you more than Ropes will ever do.” It is the highly anticipated follow up to her last record, 2005’s “Extaordinary Machine” and will be released on March 7th, 2012.
