INTO THE WILD (The Pre Album) – Sammy Adams x JayCeeOh
Album Review by McKenzie Hughes

With roots from Boston, creating the ‘I Hate College (Remix)’ based off Asher Roth’s ‘I Love College’, and being a new artist to RCA Samuel Adams Wisner (known to fans as Sammy Adams) has created music that changes the idea of self-produced musical endeavors. Dominating social media, having played Lollapalooza in 2011 and a variety of shows around the County; there aren’t many things that this young artist hasn’t completed at the early stages of his career.

Sammy Adams launched his pre album INTO THE WILD where he not only gave his fans a chance to see what was coming their way but it dropped for free via his social media links. INTO THE WILD didn’t follow in the same footsteps as his older work but what it did do was show his fans, haters and future clients what he is truly capable of creating.

Through this pre-album, social media has been one consistent friend that has gotten him not just many new fans, but many re-blogs, re-tweets, tweets and new fans to discover his music through his followers from the start of his career. The entire album is notable and you can learn that the CD will become a sensation. Hopefully his career launches further as he has shown major potential from producing rap with dub-step, while meshing self-created lyrics.

Sammy Adams new CD blends together beginning with a lions roar to be continued as a never-ending track to finish out with the roar of the same lion. The songs create the best dance party of thirty minutes, while his changing styles and beats keep the listener attentive as to what will follow.

INTO THE WILD is a notable CD in itself, although tracks Take The World, Big Lights, and My World are personal favorites that are constantly replaying on my iTunes while I prepare for my day.

If his pre-album made this big of an impact already at the start of 2012 after its release on December 30, 2011, it has left his fans in excitement for his career goals to skyrocket throughout this year.
